    BREAKING NEWS:  Lawrence, Mass., schools superintendent Wilfredo T. Laboy -- whom Rumbo News has been closely watching -- was indicted today along with his son and two others.  El superintendente de las escuelas públicas de Lawrence (Mass.) Wilfredo T. Laboy ha sido acusado formalmente por las autoridades. Junto con él, su hijo Wilfredo Laboy; Mark Rivera, asistente especial del superintendente; e Israel Reyes, ex candidato a la alcaldía de esta ciudad. Entre ellos hay 19 cargos.
