 City's Dance Party June 27, 7-11 p.m.

Put on your dancing shoes and join hundreds of people -- young and old -- who will move to the groove at the City of Cambridge's Annual Dance Party Friday, June 27, from 7-11 p.m., 795 Massachusetts Avenue. The portion of street in front of Cambridge City Hall, between Inman and Bigelow Streets, will be closed to traffic, but open for dancing!!

Each year, hundreds of Cambridge residents and friends gather for this special dance extravaganza featuring music by local DJ Joey Demers.  After dark, spectacular lights will be launched, adding to the magic of the evening.

The annual Dance Party inspires people of all ages to dance to the beat!  The evening is free and open to the public. 

NOTE:  Since Massachusetts Avenue will be closed between Inman and Bigelow streets, the 
MBTA #1 Bus will terminate in Central Square at 6 p.m. and resume full service at 11:30 p.m.   Please use the subway to travel between Central & Harvard Squares during this period.
